A flat Free shipping rate is included in all prices, but for those who are located In states that are too great of a distance from southern Ga (listed below) , Please Message us Prior to purchasing to see if an additional small shipping charge is to be added to your order to complete for shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in good condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

If you receive a significantly damaged item, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM. NOTIFY ME RIGHT AWAY.

Minor paint chips do not qualify as significant damage, touch up paint will be provided upon request.

If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it contact us.

REMOTE / HARD TO REACH LOCATIONS

Please consider our shippers and let us know whether you reside in a remote, steep, mountainous, narrow incline or hard to get location, etc., prior to purchasing.

Extra shipping charges may be incurred due to destination remoteness.

If you reside in an apartment building or in a crowded hard to reach place, for example in a place where it is hard to park and deliver, please let us know so shippers can be prepared.

If your building has specific delivery restrictions, please let us know and please be sure to arrange that before your piece ships to you. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to complications due to this.

DOOR TO DOOR / WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is included with your purchase, shipping is only to your door, but if you'd like an upgrade to white glove shipping where they bring it into your home, please let me know!

FINANCING

Layaway is available! The details of a layaway typically depends on what you are purchasing, please be advised it does require a nonrefundable deposit ( usually the first payment) if you are planning to purchase through layaway.

Our products are handled with the upmost care we can give. We ensure that the product will leave our location in the condition described in the description.
* Since it is furniture, we know they are commonly used everyday. So we made sure to paint it and seal it to last several years of normal use! :)

How do you ship your items?

I use an amazing shipping service . Once an order is placed we contact the shipping company and talk personally to the person delivering your item. If you'd like to speak to the delivery person, I can maybe arrange that too.
** If you have any hesitations when it comes to shipping, let us know and we will try our best to solve the problem.

I put down a deposit on a piece , and I would like to cancel

Shalom furniture loves to work with our clients! We believe in helping our clients shop with (peace) shalom. If there is something about the piece you'd like to change we can discuss it, but we do not refund any deposits on any piece. So if you choose to cancel your purchase we understand! But there is no refund 💛

Custom and personalized orders

Alright! so with my custom order it does take a bit more time so i can have them ready to ship! but i usually get them done quickly :) message for more details! it always varies with the piece, and if you need the item by a certain date, i can definitely try my best to make it by then! Shalom!

I received my piece and it was damaged/scratched/broken

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in good condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
If you receive significant damaged item, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM. NOTIFY ME RIGHT AWAY. Minor paint chips do not qualify as significant damage, touch up paint will be provided upon request.
Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.

Piece is a custom order, when do I expect to have it shipped to me?

Hey! So please talk to me if you have a certain date you need your piece by, but I usually take from 2-10 weeks for custom orders ♥️but always depends, but please reach out to me if you have any questions! 😊
